Design → Label (Aa) → click inside the Form Footer section → type your name and surname → click away. If no footer is shown, right-click the form → Form Header/Footer.
Why this earns the marks
a label holds static text — unlike a text box (which is normally bound to a field and shows data that changes per record), a label's content is fixed, which is exactly the right control for something that should read the same on every view of the form, like your own name. It must be in the Form Footer, not the Detail or Header, to earn the mark, because a form's sections each repeat (or don't) differently: Detail repeats once per record, Form Header/Footer each appear exactly once — placing a label in Detail would make it look like it's repeating per record, when the instruction specifically asks for the bottom of the form.
